The Mega Millions lottery jackpot has climbed to $141 million after no one matched all six numbers in Tuesday’s drawing. The next drawing will be on Friday, Sept. 15, 2023.

Winning numbers for Sept. 12

The winning numbers for the Mega Millions drawing on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2023, were 2, 14, 21, 42, 67 and the Mega Ball was 18. The Megaplier was 5X, which means that any non-jackpot prize was multiplied by five times its original value.

According to the Mega Millions website, there were no tickets that matched all six numbers to win the jackpot. There were also no tickets that matched five numbers plus the Megaplier to win the second prize of $5 million.

However, there were nine tickets that matched five numbers without the Megaplier to win the third prize of $1 million each. These tickets were sold in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio and Texas.

There were also 48 tickets that matched four numbers plus the Mega Ball with the Megaplier to win the fourth prize of $25,000 each. The other lower-tier prizes ranged from $2 to $2,500 depending on the number of matches and the Megaplier.
